I found it fascinating (and several readers in different parts of the world have said so as well) to learn that the in-flight meal on MIAT, Mongolia's national airline, consists “entirely of a selection of meats – cured, roast, perhaps boiled – accompanied by an apparently unending supply of miniature Mongolian vodkas"!!
